Charming atmosphere and excellent breakfast
The breakfast spread was a highlight, offering different options each morning and enjoyed with fine rooftop views. The staff, especially Yule, were great too assist with planning our adventures. Climbing three flights of stairs every day was a workout we didn't anticipate.

The breakfast was gorgeous and very good, the staff was pleasant, the grounds were clean. The hotel was in a very central location right in the old town. It was also not far from the centre of the city and tourist attractions, Mindo, waterfalls and Middle of the world's, and the Centro Historico.

Great location in a pedestrian-only side street made walking to the historic center effortless. The staff stood out, especially Jorge, who was friendly and helpful during the entire stay. Our room had a beautiful view of the statue on the hill, withnice and neat accommodations. Breakfast was great with fresh fruit, eggs, and excellent coffee. The covered terrace for dining provided a lovely atmosphere. The bright spotlights outside kept our room quite illuminated was nice. Plus, the inconsistency of breakfast timing didn't align with the early tours, slightly inconvenient. Despite a few bumps, I'd definitely return for the warm service and fantastic location.

Came here for trip, had good 3 days overall. Stayed in nicely decorated a double room with good views. The service was friendly in my opinion. Took the advantage of the parking on site. Really enjoyed my time at the hotel, thank you.
